On December 23, 2016, USCIS issued updated versions of forms for many commonly filed petitions. While USCIS will continue to accept earlier versions of the forms until February 21, 2017 (with the exception of the N-400); USCIS requests that applicants submit the new forms with the edition date of 12/23/2016 along with the new fees.
