USCIS Will Begin Returning All H-1B Cap Petitions Not Selected in the Lottery

USCIS announced today that the data entry of all FY2015 H-1B cap petitions has been completed. USCIS will now begin returning all H-1B cap petitions that were not selected for adjudication in the lottery together with filing checks
