Effective June 1, 2014, the I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record will only be valid for one year from the date that USCIS receives the form. This updated policy applies to any I-693 submitted to support a benefit application that USCIS adjudicates on or after June 1, 2014. As a result, applicants with the adjustment of status applications (I-485) that have been pending adjudication with USCIS for a year or more can expect to receive requests for updated medical forms.
