USCIS Statistics on L-1B Petitions for FY2012 and FY2013

In January 2014, USCIS released statistics on the receipts, approvals, denials, and requests for evidence (RFEs) of L-1B Intracompany Transferee Specialized Knowledge petitions for fiscal years 2012 and 2013.

The L-1B nonimmigrant classification enables a U.S. employer to transfer its professional employee with specialized knowledge pertaining to the organization’s interests from one of its affiliated foreign offices to one of its offices in the United States
