I-485 RFEs from Texas Service Center

|
AILA members have reported that the USCIS' Texas Service Center has issued a high volume of Requests for Evidence (RFEs) for Form I-485 Adjustment of Status Applications. The RFEs were issued the week of June 10th, and contain "boilerplate" identical language requesting proof of continued employment, among other things, for principal and derivative applicants. AILA members have also reported errors in the "A number" provided in the RFEs. AILA has already contacted the Texas Service Center for clarification regarding the RFEs.
